Meanwhile the quarantine is still on. By President Trump's mandate millions of people are required to stay home. The Distance Rule is also still in affect. People must keep a 6 foot distance from other people.
And for the moment there is no more baseball. Baseball parks are closed. Baseball fans are not allowed to watch their favorite team play ball. No more sitting with other fans watching all the play-by-play action while munching on a hot dog with a Coke or Pepsi. I missed opening day with the Chicago Cubs with a lot of other baseball fans.
How long do we have to live like this? The news media says possibly throughout the summer (2020). We don't even have a vaccine yet. That's a long time to live without baseball.
Last night on the news President Trump outlined a three step approach to reopening the market place. Now that is encouraging.
It looks like entertainment gets top priority right now on our lists to keep our sanity.
