Keep your eyes on the ball. Don't worry about what color hair the pitcher has. Time the speed of the ball and hit it when it approaches the plate.

As a kid many years ago I loved to play baseball on a school lot with my friends. In blue jeans, sport shirt, tattered baseball,  splintered bat, and cardboard bases we had fun.
